Wesley is 5

Our little Wesley turned 5 on Sunday. We are so blessed that God has given us the privilege of being his parents. He is such a blessing. Wesley truly loves everyone he meets from the moment he meets them. It is so amazing to see the young man that God is shaping him to be. Here are a few pictures of Wesley from the last 5 years. There are so many to share, but here are just a few of the highlights!

Okay, so they aren't all looking at the camera, at least they are all in the same picture and no one is crying :) They just all really wanted to eat the cake!

Indiana State Fair

Here are some pictures from the Indiana State Fair this year. We hadn't been for a few years, so we were really excited to go this year. We went in the morning with my sister and dad. Then we came back after nap time with my mom and sister. The kids had lots of fun seeing all of the animals and eating junk food. Well, so did we :) I'm trying to make up for my lack of posting with lots of pictures this time!

Family Vacation Pictures

Here are a few of our pictures from vacation. These are our attempts at getting a family picture. I guess they aren't too bad. We had a great time in New Jersey! It was fun to spend some time as a family just doing fun things together. I forgot how much I love the beach, and now realize that I love it even more with the kids. We had so much fun together playing in the sand and the waves.

Fair Time

We were able to spend some time up at the LaGrange County Fair before we went to church camp. The kids had a great time. Wesley and Ethan were not satisfied until they saw every animal there, and touched most of them. Elizabeth enjoyed watching them from the stroller, but didn't want to get too close. Hopefully this week we will get to the Noble County Fair since it's just a few blocks away, but we will just have to see what the rest of the week has in store for us.

Here is an attempt at a family picture. Not bad for 3 kids and 6 adults. Too bad the picture is pretty light. Still a good picture. There is always hope! :)

Let's Try Again

Okay, here's another attempt at keeping up with the blog, but no promises, since we have family camp this week.

Wesley's T-Ball

Okay, here are some pictures from Wesley's T-Ball games and practice. Wesley really enjoys playing. He seems to be left handed, although it depends on what he feels like which hand he bats with. It is pretty fun to watch them play. He seems to have just gotten a bit taller, so that is why it appears that his pants are too big around the waist. (They are.) Oh well, I'm sure he'll fill them out again before too long. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Ethan!

Our sweet Ethan turned 3 yesterday. It's hard to believe how big he is getting. Now that he is 3 he decided it is okay to be a "big boy" prior to yesterday he wanted no part of this. He insisted that he was a little boy. We are so excited to see how he is learning and growing. He is very sensitive and has a very warm and welcoming smile. We are so blessed to be his parents.
